Student Employment - Notetakers

Thank you for your interest in becoming a notetaker for the Disability Services Office at the University of Hawaiʻi
– West Oʻahu.

As of the Spring 2025 semester, we are not looking for new notetakers. We recommend applying between May 2025 to early August 2025 as there may be a need for more notetakers for the summer and fall semesters.

Please send a copy of your resume to uhwoada@hawaii.edu. We highly recommend that you also attach a copy of previous notes that you have taken for a class.
