Individual of Concern
Filing an "Individual of Concern (IoC)" Report
The UH West Oʻahu Community is highly encouraged to report concerning behaviors such as:
- Self-injurious or erratic behavior
- Disruptive patterns of behavior
- Displaced anger
- Changes in demeanor
- Or any other concerning behavior, whether in person or online
Once a report is received, the report will be reviewed and addressed by an assigned administrator or designee who may contact the reporter, discuss the report submitted and/or gather additional information.
UH West Oʻahu respects the sensitivity of the information that may be included in this report and will make all reasonable efforts to protect the privacy of those involved, in accordance with applicable state and federal law, while balancing the need to gather information to address the incident to protect UH West Oʻahu’s community.
