Faculty Resources

Faculty can request a short in-class presentation about the Center’s services.  They can also request a customized in-class workshop on subjects related to writing or study skills.  If resources are available, faculty can also request that a tutor be assigned to an actual or online class section.
The Center is also a resource to help faculty who are teaching Writing Intensive classes.  Faculty should contact the director, emilynye@hawaii.edu.  More information about Writing Intensive classes is available in the Faculty Handbook, http://homepages.uhwo.hawaii.edu/~senate/handbook.html
